About the Journal

Jurnal Fitofarmaka Indonesia (JFFI) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Pharmacognosy–Phytochemistry Laboratory, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Muslim Indonesia, which was first published in January 2014. JFFI is published three times a year in the periods April, August, and December. This journal provides immediate open access to its content based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

JFFI is a scientific journal published online, and publishes research articles in the field of natural medicine, with e-ISSN: 2541-2329 and p-ISSN: 2356-0398.

This journal has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) managed by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia since May 2019, according to Decree No. 14/E/KPT/2019.

JFFI accepts manuscripts in the form of research results, scientific studies, and brief descriptions related to natural product samples, such as pharmacological activities, natural product chemistry, formulation, comparative studies, in silico studies, phytochemical screening, microbiological tests, natural product-based cosmetics, isolation, standardization, level determination, and other studies related to natural product research.
